Stretch Marks Treatment and removal
Stretch marks treatment is one of the easier scar removal routines. Stretch marks are when the skin shrinks after expanding, usually found on pregnant women and people that have lost weight. Because this type of skin scarring is usually hidden by clothes, it is fine to wait for most people.
The best way to remove stretch marks is to regularly apply a topical cream. When I was on holiday in the Philippines I found a super cheap option called Sebo De Macho which is a thick skin cream. I applied it daily for a few weeks after taking a shower. It blended the stretch marks back to my skin color. This product is not available overseas but there are many stretch mark treatments available across the globe.
Seek out a topical cream and use it on a consistent basis. My stretch marks were not too noticeable so maybe it will take longer for other people. But the key thing is to be consistent. Make sure you apply the cream daily and don’t expect instant results. Many people get too impatient and this leads them to give up on stretch mark treatment. Find a good product and stick with it, stretch marks don’t need to be a major problem for anyone.
As well as using a product designed for stretch marks treatment, also consider Vitamin E. This nutrient can be found in lots of different foods, or as a supplement. Vitamin E is great for overall skin health and has been proven to aid all types of skin repair. Some people buy liquid capsules and break them open, this gives a Vitamin E rich oil which can be applied to the skin. The oil acts as a lubricant whilst getting the vitamin onto the stretch marks. This is not recommended alone, but perhaps may be worth trying when you don’t have a topical cream on the marks.
